Maggie Angelo
Yoga Instructor | Somatic Experiencing
Maggie Angelo is a Somatic Practitioner and Yoga Instructor. For a long time, I felt a quiet emptiness inside, unsure of how to face the deeper truths my body was carrying. It wasn’t until I discovered somatics and yoga that things began to shift. I learned that my physical and emotional pain weren’t random or meaningless. They were my body’s way of speaking, inviting me to listen and heal.
Through somatics and yoga, I discovered how to be present with my body, honoring its messages instead of resisting them. What once felt like struggle transformed into a deeper understanding of myself, my needs, and my healing process. My body became my guide, leading me through a journey of transformation.
